At EarthLoom Collections, we hope you love your purchase. Because many of our garments and accessories are handcrafted in small batches or are one-of-a-kind, we ask that you review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition

• With all original tags attached

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different item, we're happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability). Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges may be the best option whenever possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Sale or Final Sale, as well as one-of-a-kind clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For international orders, customers are also responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with returning an item.

How to Start a Return

Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through our website within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide instructions on how to complete your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
